"Rise and shine"

Someone please tell me why today was the hardest to get out of bed? I'm soooo sleepy but up I go and once I'm there my team is quick to get it going. Today we did stations-10 and man that was tough but we did it encouraging each other all the way after all that is what a team is. We stick together and encourage one another all along the way......Andy don't sweat it................we love ya!!!!!!
