"A new running partner"
That is right myself and Happy hands Greg rocked the treadmill.....we ran like our pants were on fire tonight........ It sure does help when you got a budd encouraging you right beside you.......Great workout tonight and tomorrow will rock I'm sure.........GUTBUSTERS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!

Look at you Mrs. Running on a Treadmill. I am so proud of you. You not only "rocked" that treadmill but you are rocking this whole competition. You are doing a WONDERFUL job.
Michella you are so right about having someone there cheering you on. I really don't think I could do it everyday twice a day without "The Crakin" April and my other teammates. It makes this whole thing a lot easier having encouragement. Congrats to you and the Gut Busters!
